We are a Nagoya-based Japan specialist travel agency and the acronym "JFF" stands for our flagship event, "Japan Folk Festival". It features Japanese traditional performing arts and in recent years it has already been held in the cities of New York, Munich, Milan, Madrid, Prague, Hanoi, and Nagoya. We also hold "Experience Japanese Culture Firsthand", monthly workshops giving you the opportunity of experiencing the Japanese traditional culture in 360 degrees.

A message from our founder
My name is Takahashi Eiji, the representative of JFF Inc., and I am in charge of making travel arrangements for everyone.
Firstly, I would like to extend our warmest welcome to all people who will visit Japan, the Island of the Far East.
I have in total 50 years of experience in travel industry. The Aichi Expo 2005 ended at the end of September, and almost at the same time as the period of secondment from the former company JTB to the international Expositions Association expired, I retired early from the previous company and established JFF in December of the same year with the purpose of spreading the beauty of Japanese culture to the world.
Japan, as an island with a long history of isolation throughout the Edo Period (1603-1868), has developed its own unique culture and traditions without being affected by outside influences.
Besides its distinctive culture, Japan has also particular geographical features, in fact among the 15 tectonic plates known in the world, four converge on Japan: it is located the boundary of the Pacific, North American, Eurasian and Filipino plates featuring more than 2000 active fault lines. This is the reason that Japan is dotted with over 25.000 hot springs and 450 volcanoes, 110 of which are active, including the imposing Mt. Fuji. Moreover, nowadays Japan boasts earthquake-resistant buildings, which reduce damage caused by earthquakes thanks to the most advanced engineering technology in the world.
Furthermore, thanks to the development in latitude of the Country, the Japanese Archipelago is blessed with amazing nature and it features various climatic conditions from Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan's four main islands to the southernmost Okinawa Islands.
